AURUM MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

At Aurum, we recognise that integrating social, environmental and ethical responsibilities into governance
of our businesses ensures the long-term success, competitiveness and sustainability.

The social responsibilities and activities under
Aurum operate within a structured framework that
involves a series of steps.

01

Social responsibility committee: 2 Directors are a part of this committee

02

Formulate and recommend the selected initiatives and activities to be undertaken to the management

03

Review, evaluate the proposals and select the ones that align with our ideology for Aurum

04

Connect & Collaborate with Social Impact Groups based around our 6 core pillars. This enables to widen Aurum’s reach and leverage upon the collective expertise, wisdom and experience that these partnerships bring to the table

05

Finalize the amount of expenditure to be incurred on these activities

06

Setting of measurable targets with timeframes and performance management

07

On ground execution of these initiatives and activities by Aurum volunteers

08

Measure and monitor the impact of the initiatives on a quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis. Wherever necessary, midcourse corrections are made
