Formulate and recommend the selected initiatives and activities to be undertaken to the management

Review, evaluate the proposals and select the ones that align with our ideology for Aurum

Connect & Collaborate with Social Impact Groups based around our 6 core pillars. This enables to widen Aurum’s reach and leverage upon the collective expertise, wisdom and experience that these partnerships bring to the table

Finalize the amount of expenditure to be incurred on these activities

Setting of measurable targets with timeframes and performance management

On ground execution of these initiatives and activities by Aurum volunteers

Measure and monitor the impact of the initiatives on a quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis. Wherever necessary, midcourse corrections are made
