Inspired by our government program of ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ we started to educate and nurture girl students. Our focus is to create the right educational infrastructure for the under privileged girls and enhance their quality of education. Several contributions via financial aids, scholarships and sponsorships have been passed on to the below beneficiaries:
• Shramik Sahyog’s Prayogbhumi 
• Manav Sadhan Vikas Sanstha (MSVS) 
• Swami Vivekananda Educational Pratishtan, Palghar 
• Quality Education Support Trust (QUEST) 


Starting with a humble contribution of 200+ girls education years, we are working diligently to contribute 8,000 years for girls education by 2027.

Hunger and malnutrition are the biggest barriers to sustainable development of a community. We are humbled to have served 1,50,000+ nutritious meals in association with ‘Roti Bank’.

We are privileged to be serving the needs of two communities under ‘Mata Bala Arogya Ahaar Prakalp’ of RSS Jan Kalyan Samiti.

Aurum further sponsored a food delivery van which facilitates service of nutritious meals on a daily basis.

With a deep focus on our humanitarian goal of reducing malnourishment, we are committed to serving 15,00,000 meals by 2027.

We prioritize the good health and well-being of our members and the community. Through our Medical Interventions initiatives, we are committed to supporting and strengthening the health infrastructure by increasing our outreach to marginalized communities.

2,000+ free Covid vaccinations were undertaken at the peak of the pandemic at the Aurum campus. Aurum and Rotary Club contributed the required healthcare equipment for dialysis and X-rays to GMC hospital in Akola.

1 life-saving ventilator was contributed to RSS Janakalyan Samiti’s Dr. Prabhakar Patwardhan Smruti Rugnalaya. 1 safety ambulance has been contributed to mitigate any emergency for people working in and around the Aurum campus.

Driven by their commitment to save lives, more than 213 donors participated in the blood donation camp to support RSS Janakalyan Samiti’s noble cause.

We target to achieve 1,00,000 medical interventions by 2027.

Preservation of our environment and ecology is the dire need of the hour. To sensitize our young workforce and do our bit for mother nature, we have taken the lead to plant handpicked and highly oxygenating 2,000+ trees on the Aurum campus. We encourage all our guests, associates and stakeholders to adopt a tree and we take care of the trees throughout its lifetime.

Each tree is tagged with a QR code and the information of the well-being of each tree is shared with its adopter at regular intervals.50,000+ trees have been planted through Global Vikas Trust.

In our bid to increase the Green Cover, we are looking to conduct numerous Tree Plantation drives with an aim to plant 5,00,000 trees by 2027.

At Aurum, occupational health and safety of our workforce and onsite workers is of paramount importance. We are committed to achieving zero accidents and injuries across each of our project sites. Health and safety risk management trainings, installation of safety screens, mandated use of personal protective equipment, regular review of health and safety management processes are some of our key initiatives to ensure that we attain safe man hours.

Achieving 18+ million safe man hours to date demonstrates Aurum’s commitment to ensuring the health and safety of its workforce, residents, clients and visitors.

We target to achieve One Hundred Million Safe Man-Hours by 2027.

With our belief in sustainable development, Aurum campus has been designed to deliver Zero liquid discharge, 100% recycling of water, rainwater harvesting, water conservation, LED lighting and energy-saving facades. We are mindfully using sustainable sources of energy, designing efficiently to reduce energy use and updating existing buildings with new technology to achieve our objective of sustainability.

Our commercial building at Q Parć campus is the 1st to acquire a LEED Platinum certification in Navi Mumbai.

We proudly contributed 100 Girls Education Years, by providing 860 Educational Kits, establishing 1 Digital Classroom and funded for 1 Computer & Science Lab.

Our unwavering commitment to serving nutritious meals to those in need fills us with immense pride. With deep honour, we’ve delivered over 2,45,000+ such meals through our partnership with ‘Roti Bank’.

We were privileged to have the opportunity to serve diverse communities. Our contributions extended to organizations like Girija Welfare Association (Kharghar), Tata KEM Hospital, small foundations, and labour camps, all of which enabled us to make a meaningful impact on those we served.

With a deep focus on our humanitarian goal of reducing malnourishment, we are committed to serving 15,00,000 meals by 2027.

We hold the well-being of our members and the community as a top priority. Our Medical Interventions initiatives reflect our solemn dedication to fortifying health infrastructure, particularly for marginalized communities, by expanding our outreach and support.

We have made impactful contributions to various initiatives, such as providing 25 boxes of medicines to serve 4,375 people across 25 villages through the Gram Aarogya Rakshak Prakalp.Additionally, we are facilitating the year-long medical needs of 15 elderly individuals, as prescribed by doctors, by donating 50 quantities of 11 different types of injections to Rupvan Foundation (NGO) in New Panvel.

We have been steadfast in our commitment to maternal and child health, delivering monthly prescribed medical supplements to 25 expectant mothers and 25 children through the Mata Baal Arogya Ahaar Prakalp.

We target to achieve 1,00,000 medical interventions by 2027.

Conservation of the environment and ecological balance are critical needs for today’s world.We spearheaded an initiative to carefully choose and plant over 2,127 trees identified for their remarkable oxygen-producing qualities on the Aurum campus in an effort to increase awareness among our young staff members and support environmental protection.

We urge everyone of our guests, staff members, and stakeholders to adopt a tree, and we care for them throughout their lifespans. Each tree has a tag with a QR code, and the status of each tree is communicated to its adopter at regular intervals. 20,000+ trees have been planted through Global Vikas Trust.

We have implemented various essential measures, including health and safety risk management training, the installation of safety screens, enforcing the mandatory use of personal protective equipment, and regularly reviewing our health and safety management processes. These initiatives collectively contribute to our objective of achieving a safe working environment and minimizing any incidents during work hours.

Over 19+ million safe man-hours accumulated to date demonstrate Aurum’s persistent commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of its workers, residents, clients, and visitors.

We target to achieve 30 Million Safe Man-Hours by 2027.

To achieve this, we launched several impactful initiatives, including sponsoring over 380 years of girls’ education, distributing 1,000+ educational kits, establishing a digital classroom, and rolling out the ‘Blow the Whistle, Break the Silence’ campaign. We also extended support for the shelter, food, and education of rescued girls from red streets.

Our contributions have positively impacted the following beneficiaries:

  • Prathimik Aashram School, Uran
  • Rajashri Shahu Maharaj School, Kasara, Palghar

Starting with a humble contribution of 480+ years of girls’ education, we are dedicated to expanding this number and aim to contribute 8,000 years of education for girls by 2027.

Reducing hunger and malnutrition is essential for cultivating sustainable community development. We take great pride in our unwavering dedication to providing nutritious meals to those in need. With deep honour, we have successfully delivered over 97,100 nutritious meals and contributed 25 insulated food containers to support our cause. 

We were privileged to serve diverse communities through partnerships with organizations like Roti Bank, Girija Welfare Association (Kharghar), Jeevan Sach Social Development Foundation (Kharghar), and Saint Shri Sainath School (Airoli) in collaboration with the Annamrita Foundation. These collaborations enabled us to create a significant, positive impact on the lives of those we touched. 

Till date, we have contributed over 3,99,700 meals. With a deep focus on our humanitarian goal of reducing malnourishment, we are committed to serving 15,00,000 meals by 2027.

We prioritize the well-being of our members and the community above all else. Our Medical Interventions initiatives embody our solemn commitment to strengthening health infrastructure, particularly for marginalized communities, by expanding our outreach and support. 

We have made impactful contributions to various initiatives, such as providing 50 boxes of medicines, benefiting 8,750 people across 3 villages through the Gram Aarogya Rakshak Prakalp. 

In addition, we contributed 20 medical beds and equipment to the Rupvan Foundation (NGO) in New Panvel. 

We remain steadfast in our commitment to maternal and child health, delivering prescribed medical supplements to 13,000 mothers, expectant mothers, and children as part of the Basti Parivartan Yojana through the Mata Bala Arogya Ahaar Prakalp of RSS Jan Kalyan Samiti. 

Furthermore, we facilitated dialysis procedures to support 420 patients at RSS Janakalyan Samiti’s Dr. Prabhakar Patvardhan Hospital, Panvel. 

Till date, we have successfully facilitated 34,300+ medical interventions. Our goal is to achieve 100,000 interventions by 2027.

Environmental conservation and the preservation of ecological balance are imperative priorities in today’s world. We have undertaken a strategic initiative on the Aurum campus to plant carefully selected tree species recognized for their superior oxygen-producing properties. This effort aims to raise awareness among our young staff members while contributing to environmental protection and sustainability. 

We urge everyone of our guests, staff members, and stakeholders to adopt a tree, and we care for them throughout their lifespans. Each tree has a tag with a QR code, and the status of each tree is communicated to its adopter at regular intervals. 

More than 20,000 trees have been planted in partnership with Global Vikas Trust, including 200 trees along the Aurum service road. 

In our drive to improve green cover, we have successfully planted 92,450+ trees so far and are planning several tree plantation campaigns to reach 500,000 trees by 2027.

At Aurum, safeguarding the occupational health and safety of our employees and on-site workers is our utmost priority. We are dedicated to achieving the goal of zero accidents and injuries across all our project locations. 

To this end, we have implemented several essential measures, including comprehensive health and safety risk management training, installation of safety screens, strict enforcement of personal protective equipment usage, and regular reviews of our health and safety management processes. These initiatives collectively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment and minimizing any potential incidents during work hours. 

Our steadfast commitment to safety is reflected in the accumulation of over 21 million safe man-hours to date, ensuring the well-being of our workers, residents, clients, and visitors. We have upskilled 600+ workers and conducted numerous welfare activities for them. 

Our target is to achieve 30 million safe man-hours by 2027.

We are thrilled to introduce our ‘Animal Haven’ initiative, which began with the adoption of a Gaushala in Khalapur. Our commitment ensures that cows, bulls, and buffaloes receive the nourishment and care they deserve. 

We proudly adopted the Aurum नींव Gaushala, home to 78 animals at the Kalote Animal Trust in Khalapur. This facility serves as a sanctuary, allowing these animals to live healthy and fulfilling lives. 

Witnessing the beauty and harmony of the animals has reminded us of the profound impact we can make through kindness and support. 

Our goal is to nourish and care for over 500 cattle by 2027.
